Budget Inn

I was a bit apprehensive after reading online reviews. But fear not, this is a great motel/inn. Rooms are very spacious. They have working tv, microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable as well. Bathrooms very clean too. Best part is they have eating area which worked out well for us. We are 4 of us and in spite of all our luggage, the room was large. The owner was very helpful and gave us a water heater to make some quick meals.

This is the local business that needs to be support. The building might not be as good as it looks like. But the staff is so kind and humble. It is pretty safe, the room is so clean and the shower water is so good. It is quiet and I have a great sleep.

After multiple days in the Maze District of Canyonlands, I was so pleased with my experience at Budget Inn. I’d made my advance reservation based on price, honestly, as I just needed a basic room to clean up and get a decent night’s sleep. The hotel’s fairly centrally-located, and as soon as I walked in, a friendly voice hollered from the back that he’d be right up. The Three Stooges was on the TV behind the desk, and for some reason immediately set a positive scene. The owner/operator got me quickly checked in, then asked, “You a coffee drinker? I make good coffee!” Turns out he makes REAL coffee every morning starting at 5am—a nice perk for me. The room was basic, of course, but clean and had everything I’d want: ‘college plus’-size fridge, small table/2 chairs, microwave, streaming TV, AC, very clean sheets, and a hot and powerful shower. I had no issues with any of the amenities, and it was quiet overnight. I was leaving early the next morning (about 530a). When I entered the office, the owner was tucked in on a lounge chair watching TV behind the desk. He warmly greeted me and, remembering our coffee convo the evening before, directed me to take as much as I needed for my trip. And he fulfilled his promise: It was great.

Wayne the owner was very friendly, the room was very fairly priced and clean, WiFi, fridge, microwave and hot water was all great. Best cup of coffee in town!

Older classic motel showing some age. Very clean and comfortable. Not the Hilton but a fraction of the cost. If you need a place to shower and get a good night's sleep this is it. The manager, Wayne, is a real character and a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend.

As many people have stated this is not some high end motel. Yes, the rooms are dated and rough in spots. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was right! Would definitely stay here again!!

You should stay here!!! The owner is very kind and the rooms are clean. There’s a microwave, fridge and tv in the room. The hot water was fast and the water pressure was incredible. Definitely will stay again if we’re in the area.

Had a pleasant experience staying here. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and with all the facilities like microwave, refrigerator, and clean bathroom. Did try his coffee in the morning, and it was great. Highly recommend the coffee take it before you hit the road. It's worth every buck and more!!!

Best coffee. I can recognize the quality coffee beans and acidic flavor. Much better than the US dark roasts. Motel was also fine.

It's not the Ritz, but it's great value for the price. Everything is clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The wifi won't allow you to stream 4K movies, but it works prefectly well for everything else. The grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Wayne is a cool host and his coffee will brighten your mornings. This motel is the perfect home base for people visiting Arches and Canyonlands national parks.
